Patrick Wilkinson
Patrick is a commercial real estate sales associate that handles investment sales and leasing of Retail, Office, Industrial, Multifamily, and Hospitality properties. He particularly likes working with investors on Multifamily and Hospitality assets.
Previous to working in real estate Patrick launched, grew and sold two businesses. Movegreen, his most recent business, was an award winning moving and storage company. While he was there they won "Best Moving Company" in Santa Barbara 5 out of the 6 years due to their dedication to perfection and the customer experience. Wilkinson graduated with Honors from Cal Poly - San Luis Obispo in 2005 with a Master's in Electrical Engineering.
California born and raised, Patrick has been a local on the Central Coast for the last 18 years. His family has owned and operated the Cambria Shores Inn on Moonstone Beach Drive in Cambria since 1999. His brother, Nick, owns Botanica Nova in San Luis Obispo and Grow Nursery in Cambria. Patrick currently resides in Los Osos with his lovely wife, Kiki, and son, Phoenix.
